Robbinsdale teachers have been working without a contract for 10 months. Before entering mediation, the district's financial offer was:

0% raise this year

1% raise next year

$0 additional contributions to health insurance - when our rates have risen by 12%

This is an actual pay cut. Robbinsdale teachers deserve better.
